Penny Macheras is a skincare industry expert turned brand strategist, with a journalism background and a deep love for all things entrepreneurship. She’s spent over a decade growing cult-favourite brands like Rationale, Adore Beauty, and Grown Alchemist, leading global marketing and brand strategy across the board.

Now, she brings her growth mindset (and hot takes) to The WIBS Podcast, co-hosting alongside Tash. Together, they chat real-life leadership, work wins, and the messy middle of building a career you love — all with a side of sass.

Meet Tash 👋

Tash is a brand builder, marketer, and merch founder who’s spent the last decade scaling businesses and helping others do the same. She took Hampers with Bite from $4M to $40M and led its $28M acquisition, launched and sold a snack startup during the pandemic, and now co-leads For Keeps — a merch company creating branded products people actually want to keep.

She’s also the co-host of The WIBS Podcast, where real talk meets real strategy. Alongside co-host Penny, she dives into business wins, eComm trends, and the unfiltered realities of work and life as a woman in business.
